| 1. All
effects are sold to the highest bidder in the condition
in which it is found at hammerstroke and without any
responsibility for neither dab, the head of auction nor
the holder of the auction of any kind. This includes
warranty claims, responsibility for functioning,
condition legality, and specification of measure- ment,
weight, age and description. The catalogue is made out
after the best conviction. Eventual damages are not
listed. As there has been inspection, complaints are not
complied with. |

| 2. To the
biddingsum there will be added 20% auctionfee with a
minimum of DKK 50,-. Both biddingsum and auctionfee will
be added current VAT.

| 3. The effects
will be paid in cash, dankort or cheque at the day of
auction. The ownership to the effects will be passed on
to the buyer when the dankort/cheque has been cashed.
Total bid-sum over DKK 70,000.00 will have to be paid
by banker’s cheque or bank transfer. Conversion from
foreign currency will be effected to the rate of
exchange valid on the day of auction. |

| 4. The buyer
arranges for collection and eventual dismounting and
taking down effects bought by him. Damage in connection
with the beforementioned is alone at the risk of buyer.
By dismounting of electricity, gas, water, heating and
drain, the buyer accounts for that this takes place
according to current rules and legislation. Eventual
damage on other effects will be repaired by skilled
personal for the account of the buyer. |

| 5. The buyer
carries the full responsibility for that the effects
bought, fulfil all legal demands before he starts the
use of the effects. Furthermore the buyer carries full
responsibility in obtaining permits for use of various
software/patents etc. from the respective keepers of the
rights. |

| 6. If doubt
should arise during the auction to whoever is the
highest bidder, the leader of the auction has
sovereignty and decides on such issues including if a
new announcement is to be held. |

| 7. The person,
who is bidding for someone else, binds himself as surety.
If more buyers buy together, they have joint and several
liabilities. The one who is vouching for others as
guarantor is liable as surety. |

| 8. If one cannot
be present at the day of auction, one can in writing
hand over to DAB a binding bid in advance. |
| |
9. Delivery
takes place - only against endorsed invoice - on the day
of auction until 18.00 hours.

Greater effects after agreement with DAB.
Effects that are not collected after this time can
without any warning be sold either by private
arrangement or by voluntary auction. The sale will in
both cases be for the account of the buyer so that he is
bound to replace the floating loss arosen in this
connection without having the rights to eventual profit. |

| 10. All traffic
on the area of the auction is at own risk. |

Auktionshuset dab A/S makes reservation for errors and
defects as well as supplements to conditions of the
auction.
